Management services are available on short or long term bases and very flexible in terms of the amount of management that can be supplied. NW3 can fill in during times of transition or when coverage during a short period is required.
Randy Reichert has over 25 years of experience in mining operations, project development, and project ramp ups in precious metals and base metals. He started his career with Cominco in Canada spending 10 years at various operations before embarking on international work in Russia with Bema Gold (Kinross) and Oriel Resources, followed by executive assignments with junior mining companies in Kazakhstan, Brazil, and the USA. His experience includes six years in executive roles of chief operating officer and co-chief executive officer where he was involved in and/or responsible for development projects, metallurgical studies and permitting, project start ups, mining operations (underground and open pit), and numerous financings. Decreasing operating costs is an area of expertise and he has many years of successfully operating mines in low metal-price environments.
Randy is a graduate mining and mineral processing engineer with an MSc. in rock mechanics engineering and graduate diploma in business administration. He is a professional engineer registered in the Province of Ontario.
